I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Program on U.S.-Japan Relations at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. My research agenda lies at the intersection of comparative and international political economy and political methodology, focusing on the causes of political regime shifts and their consequences on economic policies and institutions. My work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including Perspectives on Politics, PS: Political Science & Politics, State Politics & Policy Quarterly, and Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law.
